Architect Patrick Tan himself was very quick to respond to our concerns like space in the kitchen, the cooling of the rooms, energy saving light in the living room area, the cozy atmosphere in the dining room, and the functionality of the family room based on our budget. He was so patient in explaining all the details of his work. Overall, we were extremely happy and satisfied clients.
